Responsibilities


  • Perform thorough cleaning of commercial establishments, including offices, retail spaces, and common areas, adhering to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

  • Execute comprehensive residential cleaning services, encompassing kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms, tailored to client preferences.

  • Manage efficient and timely Airbnb turnover services, ensuring properties are immaculate and ready for new guests, often within tight schedules.

  • Undertake specialized cleaning projects as required, which may involve post-construction clean-ups, deep cleaning, or addressing unique client needs.

  • Operate and maintain a variety of cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.

  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Requirements


  • Experience: Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred. Experience with Airbnb turnovers or specialty cleaning is a plus.

  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 25 lbs), and perform repetitive motions for extended periods. Must be able to tolerate various cleaning solutions and work in different environmental conditions.

  • Transportation: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are essential.

  • Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality service.

Our Environmental Curators are expected to work within the greater Atlanta metropolitan area, including surrounding counties such as Fulton, Cobb, Gwinnett, and DeKalb. Specific assignments will vary based on client needs and operational demands.
